Life Transitions
Life is full of transitions — some expected and natural, others unexpected and difficult. Changes like adulthood, marriage, parenthood, a move, a career change, retirement, a breakup, or the loss of loved ones can bring up intense emotions and existential questions.
Even when a change is considered "positive," it is often accompanied by insecurity, sadness, doubt, or fear of the unknown. Transitions call on us to part with old identities and form new ones, to adapt to new realities, and to reexamine our values and priorities.
Through psychotherapy, we can make space for what is difficult for us, recognize our inner resources, and build bridges to a new phase of life with more support, meaning, and mental resilience.
