Relationship Problems
Human relationships are a fundamental pillar of our lives — they bring companionship, meaning, love, and support. But at the same time, they can also be a source of tension, pain, and frustration. No one teaches us how to communicate effectively, how to set boundaries, how to connect without losing ourselves.
Relationship problems can manifest themselves in a variety of ways:
Repeated conflicts that never lead to a solution.
Difficulty communicating, distancing, or misunderstandings.
Lack of trust or issues of jealousy and control.
Emotional distance or difficulty in sexual contact.
Fear of intimacy or excessive dependence on a partner.
Difficulty coping with separation or infidelity.
Passivity, submissiveness, or a need for control.
These issues can concern relationships, but also friendships, family or work. Often, the difficulties we experience today have roots in past experiences or relationship models that we have learned unconsciously.
Psychotherapy can help you understand recurring patterns, improve your communication, set healthy boundaries and —most importantly— build relationships with respect, balance and authenticity.
